FinX gives you full control over your financial data. Use managed hosting at myfinx.app, where your data stays in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. Or run the source-available server on a machine you own. No ads, no data selling.

Your device sends your data encrypted in transit to servers in the EU, where it is encrypted at rest. No ad networks. No data brokers.
Frequently asked questions
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored on servers in the European Union with encryption at rest and in transit. We are fully GDPR/DSGVO compliant. No third parties have access to your financial information.
Can I access FinX from multiple devices?
Yes. All your devices stay in sync in real-time. Changes made on one device appear instantly on all others.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings > Import/Export. You can export your data as a JSON file for safekeeping at any time.
Can I share my financial data with others?
Yes. Use the Data Sharing feature in Settings to grant read or write access to other FinX users with fine-grained permissions.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can export all your data before cancellation. After your subscription ends, your account data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
How does Bank Sync work?
Bank Sync uses SimpleFIN, a third-party service, to automatically import transactions from your bank. You can configure it in Settings > Bank Sync.
Who has access to my data?
Only you and anyone you explicitly share with. Your financial data is never sold or shared with third parties, and FinX shows no ads. This website runs no analytics. The Android app sends crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics and anonymous events from the upgrade screen, never your transactions.
